Two award-winning performers from the US and Canada combine for a special chuckwagon show.
Kansas cowboy, Del Shields, star of RFD-TV's "Best of America by Horseback," and Canadian cowgirl singer, Eli Barsi, will perform at a special "Crossing Borders" concert. Though Del is well-known in this area and has previously performed at the Prairie Rose, this will be a first for Eli. This singing cowgirl from the Saskatchewan Prairies has won numerous awards in both Canada and the US, including the Western Music Association and the Academy of Western Artists. This is a great family show of songs, yodeling, humor, and stories from the trail.
As usual, gates open at 5:00PM. Enjoy horse-drawn wagon rides, the Silver Screen Cowboy Museum, and classic cowboy movies in our two theaters. The all-you-can-eat chuckwagon supper begins at 6:30, followed by the special Crossing Borders concert.
